These shoes are a little smaller than what I first expected. But Shoesem exchanged them with no problem. Shoesem has the best service on the internet; other companies should take lessons from them!

Wanted to love this bag, but I find it too large with too little structure or pockets. If you were to put all your stuff in it then carry it for a while everything will move and shift. Secondly the zippers are very large and heavy and do not move (zip) smoothly. Otherwise, this bag would be quite perfect.
